Quite a few new names are directly related to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Internet Service Centre DOMREG at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) – the registry of .lt top-level domain – informs that the number of domains has increased to 198 923 in 2019. The growth of 3.15% is registered in comparison to 2018. Soon, the number of registered .lt domains is expected to cross the limit of 200 000.
The Internet Service Centre at Kaunas University of Technology – the registry of .lt top level domain – warns to be aware of the malicious people who try to persuade the domain holders to register the internet names in other top level domains (.com, .org, .net, etc.), even though it is not necessary.
