DOMREG seminar for the 25th anniversary in 2017

3 June 2017 marks the 25th anniversary of the establishment of .lt domain. On this occasion, the Internet Service Centre DOMREG at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) organised a commemoration event and a workshop for the internet service providers at Santaka valley.

Congratulatory speeches were given by the Executive Director Paulius Arštikys, Representative of UAB “Microsoft Lietuva” Šarūnas Končius, former long-standing Director of LITNET Rimantas Kavaliūnas and present Director Raimundas Tuminauskas. Presentations were given by the Director of the Networks Regulation Department at the Communications Regulatory Authority dr. Rytis Rainys and Deputy Director of the State Data Protection Inspectorate Rita Vaitkevičienė.
