Notes:
- the label contained in the Domain name is considered reserved if any part of the Domain name, having eliminated hyphens, matches the label included in the list of reserved labels;
- Government of The Republic of Lithuania on October 7, 2009 adopted resolution No. 1272 on usage of the name of the Republic of Lithuania in domain names “DĖL LIETUVOS VARDO VARTOJIMO INTERNETO DOMENŲ VARDUOSE TAISYKLIŲ PATVIRTINIMO ”;
- the special authorization to use the name of the state in the Domain name is not necessary if the person having an authorization to use the name of Lithuania in its name or industrial property objects granted according to the procedure established by the acts of legislation, transfers the full name with the distinctive words into the Domain name without any corruptions. In all other cases special authorization is needed from Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania.
