Registrant is a natural person or legal entity who creates a domain.

Registrant is a domain holder from the domain’s creation or acquisition of the rights to the existing domain until the domain’s deletion. This person has a right to manage and use domain after the registration of domain name, transfer the rights to this domain to another person, extend its validity term, update data, replace the servicing service provider and delete the domain.
