How to request or terminate registry lock service?

The registry lock service for a specific domain may be provided by the domain registrar, if he provides such a service.

Purpose of the registry lock service – protection of registered domain belonging, status, provided domain‘s DNS server information against any incorrect procedures or unauthorised actions.

To terminate the registry lock of the domain, the domain holder must contact domain registrar. If the domain registrar avoids or refuses to do so, contact the .lt registry and provide your correspondence with the service provider together with an application for the termination of the registry lock and initiation of the transfer of the registrar due to the non-cooperation of the current registrar.
